1	In earlier examples of web design content, such as text or images, was often missed by search engines as the page was top-loaded with information about how it should look
2	In current website design content is separated from style information allowing search engines to read only the information that appears on the page
3	Page content should be relevant to the page on which it is found and of sufficient length to convey the necessary information
4	It is recommended to regularly update or change content as search engines award a higher position for newer sites and pages
5	There are a number of software applications that enable non-web designers to refresh content of their site
